Having completed the Raspberry PI smart speaker inspired by the Google Assistant speakers in 2020, I wanted to take it a step further, incorporating the concept of holograms and the technology of one-way mirrors, using open-source Google API and Python coding, the Raspberry PI Magic Mirror Google Assistant was born in 2021. This is an amazing kit to use as educational material, Boss has taught many workshops here at Makerbase, and every time the projects lead students to explore various areas, with the Google Assistant Smart Mirror our students were able to learn 2D design, Python coding, soldering, and more.
